The same is true for the armor in Conan Exiles. It was a tone-deaf decision, but not as offensive as I originally thought it would be.

Dedication to becoming a legendary armorer will yield lighter, more efficient, and more durable versions of the same recipe. Armor blocks incoming physical damage, and the higher the quality of the pieces you have equipped, the more it will block. TL:DR: Arm UpĪrmor can be found or, more often, crafted in Conan Exiles at your armorer’s bench. In any case, Conan Exiles armor will surely contribute to your overall success in the Exiled Lands. You may disagree with me here, but lucky for us both, with the new illusion system, you can make any piece of armor look however you like anyway. However, I would argue gameplay should always come second to how you look. The only thing stopping you from looking exactly how you want will be your priority of stats, stamina usage, and mobility. As an Exile, you’ll have access to most of their wardrobe and more. I have gone through all of these items again for normal and epic variations and have found no changes when equpping these items from what I already have listed (unless information displayed in tooltips and in the stat window when wearing the items are incorrect).ġ2 July 2018: Revision to address mother of all patches patch notes.

Mother of all patches claims to have made some changes to Vanir cold resist, relic hunter stat bonuses, and hyena cold resist.

With fantastic latency and quick reflexes, obviously the lighter armours can provide a lot more damage reduction with your improved mobility.

However, agility still grants other benefits, and armour sets are great for reaching a stat based perk.

The agility sets (ancient civilization armor feat) sadly do not seem to greatly benefit from the increased agility contributing to your armour.

I confirmed all other possible influencing factors and equipped this set again to confirm no error on my part.
